Amendments - The Amendment is designed to make any changes on a Business
Entity documents such as: LLC, S Corporation, C Corporation and Nonprofit.
In other cases, Amendments can be used as a Conversion document. This allows you
to convert an S Corporation to a C Corporation.
Business License and permits - multiple documents
BizCorpUSA, gathers, completes and files business documents.
Certificate in Good Standing - These documents accompany another form called a
Foreign Qualification. A Certificate in Good Standing is required in most states. This
document expresses to the new state that the business in question is in "Good
Standing" with the previous state.
Certified Copies - Copies of Articles of Formation that are provided by the State when
a Legal Business Entity is filed. State Fees are not included. Fees vary.
DBA - Doing Business As - This document is for a Sole Proprietor's who need a
business name registered with the State. The DBA "does not" give the Sole Proprietor
any kind of legal protection.
Unlike legal Business Entities, many States require the DBA to be renewed every 12 -
24 months, along with a State fee to renew.
